Growing up in the city, I was often kicked out of our small apartment by my mom until I got my “yayas” out. The “yayas” eventually turned into various organized sports, but the one that resonated most with me was football. Football allowed me to fully express myself physically and emotionally; and it introduced me to lifelong discipline.

I went on to play football at Brooklyn Tech, which also introduced me to the world of weightlifting. I fell in love with the idea that I could make my body stronger and more athletic by consistently showing up in the weight room.

That passion for weightlifting and movement culminated in a four-year study of Exercise Science and Kinesiology at the University at Buffalo. I discovered my love for coaching while interning at UB, which ultimately led me to Equinox.

Now, I’m committed to sharing everything I’ve learned—on the field, in the classroom, and in life—to help my clients build stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. Whether your goal is strength, confidence, or overall wellness, I’m here to help you get there.
